We employed Occidental Power in 2004 to provide a solar system for our residence. I found the process to be enjoyable and I am very happy with the product. During the whole process Occidental Power has been professional and willing to explain the product.

I am an architect and I had very precise opinions about the visual impact on our house. The first design had panels that were tilted to optimize the solar gain, I asked that they be revised to be flat so, that they could not be seen from the street. Occidental Power was very responsive to my concerns and dealt with them promptly. They revised the design at no additional cost and installed the system how I wanted it installed.

We also asked Occidental Power to do the installation on a week that we were on vacation. They held up that promise and installed the system while we were away, except for the panels which were on back ordered. When the panels seemed to be on back order for too long Occidental Power suggested another panel and worked with the manufacturer to get them on the job.

Occidental Power was professional, prompt, fair and straight forward. I do recommend them for the installation of solar systems.
